Kuba duger inte , än mindre Nordkorea och inte ens albanerna är längre att lita till .

Cuba is no good, let alone North Korea and even the Albanians are no longer to be trusted.

Roh hoppas nu att en normalisering av förbindelserna med Moskva skall kunna resultera i en öppning gentemot kontakter med Nordkorea .

Mr Roh now hopes that normalisation of relations with Moscow will result in an opening up to relations with North Korea.
